My child has excess gas. This poses no issue for him. He actually enjoys this "problem." It's just other people who don't appreciate it as a humorous situation. Now, right now in his peer group, farts = funny. And by peers, I mean other little boys. So I'm not sure how to explain that this will not always be so. Even now, the girls think it's gross. (girls are born more mature about bodily noises, I swear) Sigh. What to do?

I hate to say it but...what a riot! Boys are really foriegn to me, and I can only imagine how interesting/funny it is to see them go through these phases. I guess he is putting the "manners" lesson to the test eh?
By the way, I hope you received my message. Leah called about help today and I felt aweful for not being available. We had already commited to help Adam's parents paint their house before the weather turns. I am so sorry. I do hope that all went well though. Good luck!
