Well, I did it. It's been in the planning stages for a while now and the Dinner Blog is finally a reality. I'm tired of trying to decide last minute what I want to cook for dinner. I've looked for dinner blogs before and there are some but very few do what I need in a dinner idea blog. Many of them offer beautiful dishes with names that I would butcher. I think if I can't pronounce it, it's unlikely that I could prepare it and even less likely that anyone in my house would like it. So, I'm going to post each week, a kid-friendly menu with side dishes that I can follow. I'll probably branch out with shopping lists and recipes too on occation. This is a blog that is mostly so that I will know what's for dinner but I hope that it gives others some help too. So, look for a menu coming up this weekend here. Yay for the dinner blog!

YAY! That's a blog I want to follow! I hate figuring out dinner too....and the hubby never helps deside. Good Idea!
Woo Hoo!! I've considered doing something like that, but -- then I would have to have a PLAN or something! Are you going to do a completely different blog and let others do posts too? My sister-in-law's family has a blog where they all post recipes and ideas, but I've never seen it....
