Well, to put you all out of your anxious waiting pattern, We did serve chicken pot pie tonight. Hooray! Casey ate two helpings and was happy as a clam. In other news, today we held the first jail ball tournament of the year. For those who don't know, jail ball is a fantastic game that combines the best of tag, dodge ball and some other game. In it, the "Thrower" has a ball and has to touch the other players with it (by running or throwing it) If you get touched by the ball, you have to go to jail on the patio furniture. The other players can get you out by touching you. There is one safe spot on each end of the yard. It's a fun game. The game ends when the Thrower has everyone in jail. Rhyan and the kids played for 2 hours this afternoon. I'm sad that I didn't get a picture. I also got the books I ordered from mypublisher.com and they are OK. Not the sharpest pictures but they were pretty well priced. My only beef with them is that they won't combine shipping. I've already let them know that I don't like that. Jail Ball sounds like just the game for me. You know me and my competitive side.
Oh, and I believe AnnMarie does facebook. I joined a few months ago, but it's not really my thing. I much prefer to blog.
